I find they should take the land inside the trumpet turn off ramp to go east and make it into a lake. Put a nice fountain pump in the middle too.

finally saw it tonight, its kinda cool imo...dunno how anyone can get confused unless they think its like the lights from futurama intro. lol.

The need to finish up the surrounding area around it and do something about the unused area on the other side. Make it look pretty somehow. Its a big space, many things can be done there
