lol thats why you need to be tasting throughout the manufacturing process , ensuring that the lime juice to water ratio is perfect. I also add a few plups in to change to texture a bit and add some fibre.

Ingredients :

1) Lime
2) Water
3) Sugar - I prefer white sugar for lime juice
4) Bitters (optional)
5) Few drops on fresh ginger extract (optional)
6) Vanilla essence (optional)

i dont know what exactly is your problem sir...
case 1 : If there are alot of seeds then use a strainer to remove the seeds...
case 2 : If you do not like the taste of the lime with alot of seeds then buy the other type instead...
case 3 : If you have the type with alot of seeds and don't want to waste it but you in the mood for lime juice ; use a strainer to remove the seeds, use a different juice : water ratio , cut the sourness by adding a pinch of salt then proceed with the recipe above
