Yup. That wind down thing isn't foolproof... and i wasn't doing it even if it was.

Never been bothered about the tints on our cars, but it only takes one officer having a bad day to change that.

Edit: Nice try with the sunroof manoeuvre though ABA Trading LTD.

i get through with the sun roof thing dozens of times

but that roadblock was a massive roadblock right by aranguez overpass, about 5 different officers and license officers checking you before you getting to go

i guess it was suspicious that in that blazing hot sun, i had all my windows down lol

Thats why I only put down the front 2. Seems dumb to me to approach a road block with all glasses up. Since to me your intention is to show the Officers that you have nothing to hide so that they can wave you on with out checking.

At the same tired it is clear to me to have all the glasses down is to invite suspicion as well.

So I think it must be better to have 2 windows down as opposed to all windows up.

All windows down is obviously a no no.

also if you have 20% or 35% with black or dark interior it may seem as though the tint is darker than it really is and police don't really take that into consideration, you are given the option to rip out your tint or get a ticket for it. if you are certain your tint is not that dark do like me, simply take the ticket, go to any licensing office have the officers there inspect your tint where they are more educated with these matters and make better judgement regarding legal tint, if they agree the tint is not a problem they give you a document stating this where you can produce in court and you win your case easy peasy. keep the document for future roadblocks. its the same thing with fog lights that are said to be illegal now. new vehicles with fog lights when they are registered licensing office give you a letter for the fog lights as to not get charged or harassed. just produce the document and if the police not pleased they have to take you to court to contest it which they wont.
