WTK: Using land as collateral for a loan

Nobody is going to take you seriously as long as you keep raising all these red flags. Up to now you haven't stated what it is you are really trying to do. It's changing every post. Are you selling or are you looking for a financer? Is it St Ann's or St James? Do you have authorisation to sell or look for a buyer? Nobody is going to put out $850 g on a deal that sounds fishy because the story changes all the time.
