Anyway let me clarify my statement before u get more chessbun.. The deeper areas of south have the most problems for water.. I don't know where u would hv gotten your info "aka a partner tell me he does get good water so all of south does" but MY information comes directly from the source aka WASA and whatever (albeit with errors - surveys they would have done).
