If a businessman brings in cars from Japan, as in his case where did the the weed get into the container? Weed is not imported from Japan, the traffickers look for all avenues to get it from Jamaica to Trinidad. Notice I said I am not saying there aren't businessmen who import drugs, because there are. It's just that you can't accuse all businessmen, unless there is proof. In this case customs knew the story,that is why he was not charged.

The only thing I didn't understand, is why they didn't have a sting operation and catch whoever was the consignee.
