Not 'poor' necessarily, a lot of 'poor' people live quite comfortably with what they have without reliance on the State, the majority of the beneficiary of these programs are IDLERS, people who sit down and make children and make no effort to better themselves by looking for things to do when the day passes.

Plenty people would have lied on the application form, once this is verified an they are declared to rich to be poor. Will the LSA have a public drawing to replace them or are they going to pass the lots on to "friends"
