Who's really complaining? Night clubs are now open in the day, same party...

It seems to be the one's who involved in nefarious activities and not paying state taxes complaining - illegal dvd vendors...PH drivers...drug pushers...prostitutes...and the list can go on

People who have legit jobs and required to work at nights, their employers would have gotten curfew passes for them. So what's the issue here?

What about the insane profits people usually made, they spent it all out? Then blame yourself.

So persons working in 24hr gas stations, quick shops, doubles vendors, legal taxi drivers, casinos' workers aren't those legit jobs. What about the doubles man, the farmer who claims 300k in flood damages and probably files another figure on the tax form, what about the landlord who rent a box for 3k and not filling tax.
This isn't about curfew passes this is about the stagnant economy and persons whose working hours are shortened hence less in the pay package.

Doubles vendors, taxi drivers etc can simply readjust their schedule, sell more/make more trips during the day - again those are businesses and there are preconceived risks involved...if those people didn't plan/cater for it then they should only blame themselves.

If you know of people who cheat the tax system, report them to inland revenue division.

Question though - even prior to the SOE, weren't those people always complaining about money? What about those who suffered from criminal activitiy during the wee hours?
