Correct. Passes are being issued for airport runs. Ignore police who say otherwise.

I went airport before going to work today....

I got blank by the woman on the sentry desk on Friday @ Penal station, she said it's not an emergency... I went to the Siparia station right after and got one there... I returned last night and got a permit at the airport with no hassle, line up etc.
