who remembers the show M.A.N.T.I.S...it's definitely not as retro as the others that are posted but definitely a reminder of the good days...

"This is the scientific journal of Dr. Miles Hawkins, to be published in the event of my death. I know when the truth is known, people will wonder why I felt it necessary to create the "M.A.N.T.I.S.". The reality--I never did. The M.A.N.T.I.S. asked his own creation and I could not refuse him"

It's MACGYVER!!

Heathens!! If you really liked the show you would also know his first name
MacGyver's first name remained a mystery until the final season; whenever he's asked about it, he says he dislikes his first name and quickly changes the subject. Consequently, most of his friends and colleagues call him by his last name or simply "Mac." His first name is finally canonically revealed in "Good Knight, MacGyver", in which he learns of a 7th century man, Angus M'Iver, and admits that they share their first name; and repeated in the series finale, which introduces MacGyver's son, whose middle name is Angus. It is also revealed on the packaging of the MacGyver DVD season sets.
