personal experience....still have a bunch of friends who pressing some wicked weights and look like monsters and eat like monsters.....we take out pictures often to keep tabs on progress....

I wouldn't go so far as to bash the Cell-Tech and Nitro_Tech UML.... Have you ever tried them? How did it work for you?
