Thats as subjective as an officer's eye which the public kick against for years. The main problem with the legal aspect is square pegs in round holespugboy wrote:measuring devices need proper recalibration every so often esp if in the hands of third parties
this is the same problem they have with EMA and charging ppl for exceeding noise levels in fetes etc
I dont know why they can use a simple method like hold a sheet of paper with letters on the dash for the driver to read from a distance like what you do when you go to the optometrist
if the driver cant read it then hard luck, he need likely need glasses as well, take a second charge

I have 35% all around with 70% on the windscreen, all Xpel nano ceramic. Car almost nearly untinted but the heat difference is very noticable
