I have the choice of Amplia and Digicel now.
My wife's work IT insists don't take Amplia stick with Flow or take Digicel hence my boosting of the Flow package. But I am disinclined to join the red network having successfully stayed away from all their services thus far.

Would notice digi and flow has epic bad reviews yes with amplia but the amount with the 2 others 5x
Anyway dropped back modem today had a line with ppl droppings back modems
Amplia using hauwei everything from the fiber drop line to the access terminal box and ONT modem/router with wifi 6 and easy mesh network option...

I got more detail technical info on a issue i had in 10 mins than the 10 11 prob more years from flow dumbass reps
Also a + when there is power outage can still power the ONT and get Internet
The instants speeds also a +
Flow yes was 200 i use to peak in test at 210 215(even the day i disconnected) at times always 200 but more than 20 jitters and packet loss makes u feel you using dialup at times
I hope they reading this forum where they cant "delete" bad reviews
Best choice i made was switch....Dizzy28 wrote:Flow MC!!!
Ever since changing packages to a newer one at the beginning of last month their service has gotten even worse. And the change was their suggestion ah.
Every single day it's multi hour outages. My wife does wfh three days a week but has to go by her parents on those days least she lose she work over the non connectivity.
Flow's call center is useless. I'm traveling now but when I'm back I intend to switch providers. Twenty plus years as a customer (household) and they quite happy to lose me.

I just use these in modem mode with my own router anyway.

If you have your own router, take off the flow wifi
Wifi "cluster" channel overlapping can cause local network issues and performance degradationjsm1985 wrote:S_2NR wrote:jsm1985 wrote:maj. tom wrote:Sweet. Honestly expected Flow to stick with Arris. I'll try it, what's the benefit usually?

It’s a Sagemcom 3890
On the 600 Mbps/ 75 Mbps bundle and my actual speeds are over 750 Mbps / 80 Mbps
