Hail Trump!
Yet somehow DEI in some instances ended up hurting minorities more. In the case of college admissions significantly where Asian students were bypassed in the name of equity.VexXx Dogg wrote:People might be conflating DEI with wokeism.
DEI wasn’t just for the LGBTQ+ communities.
It empowered people of color who would have otherwise gotten sidelined due to white homogeneity dominating organizational structures from the top down.
It empowered more women to get more leadership roles.
It empowered people from underrepresented minorities, countries and regions in areas they would have never been given a second look.
Anti-DEI is basically class apartheid, with a cultural war false flag, but the fallout is far and wide and will regress the balance of power back to the white oligarchs. They’re gonna sneak in race / region / and all other flavours of discrimination under the guise of “anti-woke”.
Bear in mind that the majority of DEI hires are not lesser qualified nor more inexperienced than their competitors.
FAFO.
Good luck and Godspeed.
