IMO Only women could use that excuse, they could be thick and still be attractive. Reality is even fat girls want the guy with the abs. I want to see my abs again, that's my only goal, gettin snatch comes after (no pun intended).
@sharkman: Cool. I bought his program recently, had to be sure I didn't waste money. Normally, I push myself to do an hour of training every day since I'm still a beginner but when should I take rest days?
