did the ephedrine with regular coffee in the first few months cutting, worked great for appetite suppression

never added the aspirin, seems too risky imo

everything works, jus dont follow anybody blindly and religiously. I see alot a ppl on the youtube community giving mike chang alot of heat but i love what he has done for everyone when it comes to giving back to the viewers. Ppl bashing him when he sells a product but ppl have to remember this is what these guys do, theyre out here to make money. Having said that, there are A LOTT of free workouts he has uploaded there to follow at yr discretion.

remember...ALMOST ANY routine will work once followed with commitment, hard work, proper nutrition and adequate rest.

IMO Only women could use that excuse, they could be thick and still be attractive. Reality is even fat girls want the guy with the abs. I want to see my abs again, that's my only goal, gettin snatch comes after (no pun intended).

@sharkman: Cool. I bought his program recently, had to be sure I didn't waste money. Normally, I push myself to do an hour of training every day since I'm still a beginner but when should I take rest days?

Well I doubt many of us are MMA guys.
Not wanting abs is a cop out. Abs right dey under that 1 1/2" of fat, working hard on diet and cardio is the sure fire way to get it to show eh.

i prefer be strong and bulked rather than cut

Ok, so I use to weigh at 192 lbw, 36 waist at 6ft, I had a lil dhal belly and the chicks was not pleased. So I went on a lean meat , egg whites , water only and veggy diet while cutting out all bad carbs, rice, flour, pasta , Kfc, doubles, sugary fruits all sugars even ketchup. I did some weigh training juss to tone up. After 2 months I loss the dhal belly to a 33 waist with 20 lbw fat loss. I Also put on some upper body beach muslces , so chicks easy to pick up now since I lost the dhal belly. Its hard wuk and the fat came off, diet was the hardest part. Working offshore I did not have to worry about what to eat as meat and veggy is plentfull but when I am home its a problem and costly to find the right foods.
