PNM: Port of Spain, Diego Martin, San Juan Laventille, Tunapuna/Piarco, Arima, Sangre Grande and San Fernando City Corporation.

UNC: Debe/Penal, Siparia, Princes Town, Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo, Mayaro/ Rio Claro Regional Corp.

CHAGUANAS: PNM -3; UNC - 3; ILP - 2
