guys i need a specialist to go to, ive got a wrist injury that just refuses to heal. Any recommendations?
I went to 2 doctors and all they told me is take time off from lifting and i did, but it came right back.
Need someone who is experienced in sport/lifting injuries, possibly send me to do a MRI on it
