Does anyone know of a reliable brand watch with the following specifics:

Silver analog
Glow-in-the-dark (radium hands)
Day & date @ 3:15
Waterproof

Any suggestions will be helpful.

Ball for the win
Less expensive option
The Victorinox Dive masters are excellent-Heavy, rugged, very stylish -the date is at 6 on some but all your other conditions are met.

Depending on your choice of band they range from 400-600 USD

^^ I have two as well, different models though 8-) . Both work very well and can go weeks without getting any solar charge. No complaints at all.

I'll never buy again fossil for that reason. I had so much problems with my fossil its not funny, but uh upstairs Center Point Mall(i think, the mall inside Chaguanas) the guy will fix you up. Just curious but where do you guys buy your watches? Locally or on amazon or something?
Wanna get either a good Citizen or Seiko Chronograph.

My fossil is built like a tank, can't count the number of times it's dropped or been knocked. Not even a scratch.

Just got a new Breitling Avenger seawolf , a bit chunky but worth every cent with the quality that it was built with.
