Congrats on the baby.

Anyone using muscle pharm Combat powder.

I found late at nights i get " blazing hungry " . Will eat heavy to cushion but still get hungry and its so hard after 1am to wake up to make something. Even if i eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed i still get hungry.

So i giving this brand a shot. If anyone using this brand will appreciate some reviews.

IN MY OPINION eating my protein worked the best for easing my hunger. In fact I found that I was meeting and sometimes beating my protein intake but would have to stuff down my carbs at the end of the day. Protein shakes just seemed to run right through my system and would leave me hungry in short time.

Now I'll be very careful and say that I'VE READ that fat has the effect of suppressing hunger to an extent because it takes longer to digest. Whether or not delayed intestinal absorption really does have an effect on hunger, I cannot say with a 100% certainty.

I believe you have a history in the medical field if memory serves me right?

Good luck

So back in December 3 different instructors at 2 diff gyms tell me I lacking core strength and refused to teach me to deadlift.... Managed to get up to this weight today, last 2 sets of 6. I know you all here lifting 400+ on deadlifts but this was a big deal for me. Also reached 8 plates a side on leg press. Working to pass a plate a side on squats now.

Because your core is responsible for antagonistically taking the pressure off the spine under heavy stress movements..like a deadlift.

Yes but they could have still tried to teach me. A guy at gym taught me, using a broomstick in January.

most if not all cottage cheese range between 1-6grams of fat in one cup. Far from clogging your arteries.

good job, disregard leg press weight, just use it as accessory lift on leg day your main are your compounds, you should focus on is increasing back squats and front squats weight.

I can squat 365lbs for 3 reps @ 190lbs body weight, it should be more but im held back by a torn knee ligament years ago, pain still lingers when I go heavy, im slowly making my way up to 405lbs on old man joints. All i do on the leg press is 4 plate a side, i just use it to further stress and tire out the muscle and break it down. I dont really measure my leg progress via leg press.

Thanks fellas. And yep my squats are really light. Saw a guy do 4 plates a side squat Tuesday. Bar flexing and my mouth drop to the floor. Real beast out there. I'll work my way up surely, just as with deadlifts.

Nope its not. Its the best thing u can do for legs after the squat.
You have to know how to fire [activate] the muscle, if you dont have the
mind muscle connection you can put all the plates you want and get MINIMAL activation.

- I could put just two plates and squat and get activation...took me about a year time to learn.

Used it for 2 months as my first drink in the morning. Didn't do much tbh. I more use lime wedge in water now cuz it's better tasting Imo. Be careful though, the acid can erode your teeth.

I personally never saw much results on that until i started placing my feet closer together rather than wide, then my upper thighs really started to spread versus opening your leg wide, lifting all the weight, ego lifting and no results and yes,it works better after squats.

the man who stores supplements in a metal lockbox in an old van tray in beating sun all day? i would not support purchasing products stored like this. also, purchase from people who actually use the stuff and are educated to any extent, not this man.

he also used to come by me and beg for everything that expired or expiring. some of the stuff hard like a rock and i putting it to throw away and this man demand that he want it. i had about 12 jack3d micro expired about to throw out and he beg for it n went n sold them so just beware of what you get. im sure you got very hot bottles with sweat from being in the sun all day, lol

On another note, I started planning my next cycle in August. Gonna fast for ramadhan this year so I have a good wait, but so far im really enjoying my training, keeping it heavy and intense and im still at 197lbs a bit fat cuz of the daddy-life but it aint that bad.

Im planning an extremely lean bulk cycle, i find that when you leave out the decas and the dbols and the high test you really do gain better quality muscle. then when you hit a good post cycle and off for months and all the excess water leaves, you still hold a great physique. Unlike these bulking compounds, when the water leaves you remain with a great body but the difference is noticable.

So my next cycle is going to entail the following:

Schering Bayer Primoteston
Bayer Primobolan
Nandrolone Phenyl Propionate
Masteron
Halotestin or anavar
Igf1-lr3 (30 days on, 30 days off, 30 days on)

Anybody else?

Allmax isoflex
Food...lots of it...
