only ppl who are invited or join via a link can be added- of course u shouldn't add every tom dick & harry to it- ppl should perhaps have some type of proof of residence in the area like ID or recent utility bill.

we have a neighbourhood watch group where we post suspicious activity and pickup pipers & bandits trying to break in.

The admins should verify whoever they add to the group are residents of the area. You have no way of knowing if a resident in the group is part of the crime though. The aranguez crime chat works great. Several police officers are in it including Alexander. People quickly send voicenotes and locations and the police respond within minutes because they have live correct info.

I think the dogs were tied or something. Unless they know not to run out the gate while the vehicle coming in.
