It's on the 23rd in Trinidad and Tobago.
It can fall on a different day (a day before or a day after) depending on what timezone you are in.
This happens because the Hindu Calendar is Luni-Solar (dependent on both the Moon and the Sun) where as the modern day Gregorian Calendar is strictly Solar based.
