Nope , private entity ...we also have rattle snakes , fer de lance , vipers and others

We also have caymans , ocelots , iguanas , and other rare reptiles for displays.

No its not for public viewing , as i said its for research and educational purposes .

In the country over 10 years , there was an Albino king cobra as well that passed away .

there is one that tried to eat my aunts pet bird two days ago, so i'm doing some research on how trap snakes safely.found these simple wired-mesh traps, going to make some and give em a try.

diaz not me..its some guy in d states showing the snakes he caught and how he caught them.


I never hear of someone get whipped by a horse-wipe snake before...it was like he get beat with a piece a cable u say...that sounds pretty painful

it's always 2nd and 3rd hand account of this horse whip snake (Oxybelis aeneus) beating people eh. And running down pregnant women. What a set of bull.

Most likely if anything at all, the snake is very mildly venomous (hemotoxic venom) and causes bruising and swelling if a human gets bitten. The snake probably strikes multiple times in a way that makes it looks like it's whipping the disturber. It probably also has an aggressive defence attitude and would pursue its attacker until out of range, and not just pregnant women that Trinidadians want to correlate.

Yunno wen I told.ppl.it have matte big.like caiman dey doubt mih! Hear this nah it have a crocodile ..YES.a crocodile in the godineau river see if allyuh could catch dat nuh....and it have a relll big anaconda in kernaham by the bridge after the "egg"

In the back off of Cascadoux trace? I see some mampie sized caiman there but no snakes...next time for sure

Seen a crocodile in the pilot river in guaya already. Could be a huge alligator come to think of it but definitely not a caiman.
