if you fixing cars mainly its cheaper to buy a good quality handle and the 3 or 4 sizes that are mainly used, otherwise you hardly ever use 90% of the other sizes in the kit

considering stuffing a laparkan barrel or two with personal items when i next in miami

what everyday tools would make sense shipping that way , keeping in mind the savings on shipment costs

to add to my previous post, these are some things i would like that i don't have

bottle jacks and jack stands
miter saw
pressure washer (have a gas one that does give me real horrors, want a electric one)
compressor (have a real light duty lame one now)
some kind of heavy duty paint kit
nail gun
hilti (hammer drill eh doing the work that needs to be done sometimes)

it makes sense buying the 50cubic foot of space in a container and ship those stuff, good quality stuff might not fit properly in a barrel....and its only 1700 for freight

u'll have more options to send better compressor jack stands, pressure washer etc

pas cargo, most companies do consolidated cargo
you just need to get a broker to organize clearing or take the headache yourself

Bought a can of this (rubberized underbody coating) from Laughlin & De Gannes for ~$65 last year. Not sure the price now though.

Sprays a very thin layer with a quick pass. Just spray it over an area longer if you need the coating thicker.

Are there any weight limitations to those sizes apart from the economy boxes?

Here's another question, can i use these methods without being in Miami to pack the items myself ie. ship to them and they pack?

dude dont buy an electric one unless its really light washing u got to do ... our washer works every weekend to wash heavy equipment while my bro in law has gone tru 3 karcher in 2 yrs.. and that ligght /medium washing .what is wrong with ur gas one? if its a side shaft pump u can get a replacement one from ebay .

i myself just shipped stuff from miami and i went 2 EH boxes because i was coming out cheaper than one E container. Its a nice deal however i'd recommend u be there to pack it otherwise they will just throw ur stuff in and not pack to fit more stuff.

Went to a store called harbor freight, really nice stuff .. some cheap stuff but for weekend/hobby use i its a really great deal.Other stuff i use regular or need performance from i bought direct from sears.

laparkan said over the fone they dont "pack a box or barrel"
you or someone would have to do that

they can jus hold ur stuff, shrink wrap all ur stuff and consolidate it into one shipment but the rates for that is different
