Which rental company rents to 17 year olds though? They all have clauses aginst that. Only those "P" rental men would and I doubt they ave better insurance.

I know some fellas in the area by me rented a car a time. Joyriding whole weekend! Run into the back of a car and drove off, not knowing their rental number plate fell off!
