Mine young so they home till next year

What we did was consolidated 3 house holds so that the same two persons me and my father in law/ driver are the only persons who leave for anything and that's basically once a week. If anything the only person who will get it would be me and if I show any symptoms I'll go home and quarantine while my wife or sister in law takes over my roll.

The oldest kid is 6 and we have a home school curriculum for the last few years so they can safely stay home. We have 5 masters floating around the house 1 in education so not worried about schooling.

The hardest thing is getting green supplies. I used to go market every week but these online green market delivery services besides selling their produce ar grocery prices don't offer the best produce either. Things have to change but I order from two places and I sent them back. Lettuce reaching wilted, kale rubbery, seasonings discolored, most of these I attributed to improper storage during transport but I wouldn't take those things if I was getting them free..

People don't forget for a moment that all these recommend best practices is to delay when you get it but getting it is an eventuality.

2. Will this be the first time in the history of T&T KFC that the franchise will be closed for more than one day?

Went Massy this morning as I didn't want to get into the period of rush with the long weekend coming up.
I wore a surgical mask that I was lucky to get my hands on yesterday from my cousin who got a box in Pennywise as well as a cloth face covering over that mask (the ones you wear under racing helmets with the top part folded down)
A lot of the customers wore masks of some sort however the vast majority of Massy employees wore no face protection at all. And considering they are the ones dealing with more people per day than the customer this is really poor. Dunno if the company hasn't provided them with or they just refuse to wear them.

I wouldn't say that is really poor. Prior to a few hours ago, there was no recommendation that healthy adults wear masks. I still haven't heard the CMO himself make that recommendations even if the politician on stage did.

I don't know if I would wear a reusable cloth mask. In my mind it is a dirty rag that collects pathogens all day. Disposable surgical masks, sure I'd love those, but I understand those need to be kept for persons in the hospital.

That aside - everybody agrees that more proven measures - like handwashing, social distancing and minimizing contacts - and far more supported by the evidence than cloth masks.

People actually panic buying fast food.
This is confirmed at one Thai restaurant which was offering take-out.
The main chef couldn't understand why so much pressure in the kitchen (he didn't have time to listen to update).
I suppose people going and freeze fast food.
….....Now tell me people!

You have apparently confused social distancing with self-quarantining. You would self-quarantine if you have shown symptoms or are at risk of transmitting a disesease.

What is self-quarantine?

Health experts recommend that self-quarantine lasts 14 days. Two weeks provides enough time for them to know whether or not they will become ill and be contagious to other people

Using standard hygiene and washing hands frequently

Not sharing things like towels and utensils

Staying at home

Not having visitors

Staying at least 6 feet away from other people in your household
