It sadly seems UNC has lost its way in this campaign, they are solely focusing on jack and the ILP...it's a sick obsession now and getting pretty annoying. No new ideas, no new plans.

While not single word speaking about the pnm, isn't pnm in this race too?

btw I counted 14 people at the pnm meeting in casselton greens lol

I've decided I'm not voting, I have not seen one single candidate from any party passing in my area.

I have issues I want addressed:

1. Something needs to be done about PH drivers speeding through these humpless streets
2. Parents of children of the dinsley govt primary school assuming they can occupy the entire side of a road just so they don't have to park and cross the said road, creating pure havoc to the people who live here.

The first candidate to come show me and the residents how they plan to address that, and I want to see letters drafted...that person will get my vote.

DPP clears Anna

Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Roger Gaspard earlier this year cleared deputy political leader of the Independent Liberal Party (ILP) Anna Deonarine of criminal wrongdoing in relation to the purchase of a luxury Range Rover vehicle that was reported stolen in the United Kingdom.

The disclosure has come following the conclusion of a three-day investigation conducted by the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) into possible misconduct on the part of the police regarding the leak of the relevant police file.

ILP Candidate collects PTSC salary for no work

FOR the last year and a half Independent Liberal Party (ILP) candidate Judy Hart, who is contesting the Manahambre/Reform seat in the Princes Town Regional Corporation, has been employed by the Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC). She collects a salary of $5,000 after taxes.

Hart’s attendance record, which CCN obtained, shows that for the month of July last year she was absent six days; August, eight days; September, nine days; and it jumped to 19 days in October; 15 days in November; and 17 days in December.

According to a collated total from July last year to the end of February this year, Hart was absent a total of 110 days from the job, but was still paid in full, according to senior PTSC sources.
