Go into penal, take a left at the junction just opposite the police station and drive until you reach to an NP gas station in rock road. Turn right at the station and just drive to the end of the road there you will see the beach and fishing depot.

wat did you guys catch on the morne diablo trip.

No pics man . We left phone in the car. Got some really nice strikes though. Joker hooked a big tarpon bout 5ft long but after it spool out his reel it jump out the water and the line cut. Ryan hooked a huge green eel.I got a nice suze catfish bout 2ft long, plus a small ray. Had a few fishes cut hooks off the lines too so I believe there were sharks.

Just came back from there but I went too late and didnt catch d right tide. Had a couple bites but no catches. Water was a lil rough how tide was full.

Make sure u carry mullet or bonito for bait. U will also want to go down on d right side of the slipway until u reach the tree on the sand and cast from there.

U need at least a 7+ ft rod...if u planning on casting far and setting in a stand, i wud recommend a 10+ft but if u plan on holding go wit a 7ft...shud invest in ah better combo from the start...surf fishing does do more damage to reels...make sure an clean your reels after each use if saltwater gets on it...line class between 20-40 depending on the size of reel and type of fishing u want to do...

That was a really good deal, would have purchased if I didn't have a 760 already. Its hardly ever used enough to justify another. I got an Ugly Stik and another rod n reel for sale in the misc section if you interested you can take a look and make an offer, they collecting dust....

Hey guys, anybody ever hear about a location called 'salt pond'? My dad's friend organised a nice sub for us today, and my father was telling me that's where they set deepwater pots for some serious fish. Go post some pics of the fish tom.

Mayaro/ Manzan is normally more productive this time of year. try heading to North Manzanilla and fish the rocks. Some good lippie to be had up there with either crab or shrimp on a rising tide.
