Nothing there will entice ppl to vote pnm. Backpay and salary increases for public servants were overdue, that's not a gift. Promising to reopen a refinery that they closed to begin with is not a gift. Putting off the new rates for utilities and retirement age along with new NIS rates just means they are delaying the inevitable. The forex situation remains unchanged and the crime still remains prevalent. This budget was a pappyshow. All this shows if they win that they will suffer the population for another four years and treat you good in an election year.redmanjp wrote:we get an election budget - just enough for pnm to hold on for ah next 5 yrs.
He could have raise gas again they would still vote for themsMASH wrote:$2 + 5% plus 2027 for Gas is enough for them to grumble and vote pnm.
They dint care , as long as pnm in power
Nope they have to come good because the undecided voters still aren't moved by such a mediocre budget. They have to come really good to win back Tobago as wellAlphaMan wrote:The question is will this budget win the PNM the next general elections?
How would you know about the undecided voters? They have rejected the alternative since 2015. What's changed since then?hover11 wrote:Nope they have to come good because the undecided voters still aren't moved by such a mediocre budget.
