my n8 does work excellence so i guessing the n9 should work better because of its specs

only reason i didnt buy a n9 was because the n8 comes with a 12mp and the n9 comes with a 8mp camera

or and the n9 dont come with a memory slot :( but it depend on the model you buy because theres a 64gig internal model

the n9 and n8 are two totally different beasts...

one is symbian and one is Maemo...

both dead in the water OS'... but symbian (N8) has support up to 2014, maybe 16... cah remember

N9 is one of the best phones around with a awesome OS that noone supports (no apps)

buy a Lumia... if u a casual user buy it now... if u wanna delve into WP... wait til october

Sound advice there... Other than a pureview... I cannot under any circumstance recommend any of the other Nokia other than a WP8 device... So simply just hold tight until Oct. And you'll be good to go! Otherwise if you simply can't wait... Get the pure iew or a used Lumia 900/800... Used because as is obvious none are gonna be upgradeable to 8, just lowly 7.8

I have the N9 going in 4 months now and its a great phone.....works with Meego software and lots of apps to go with it......the only issue so far is when i change the network to 3g i am losing signal for some reason....i leave it on dual and still get the digi 4g with great speed....

You may have to reconfigure your destinations since it's using the sim connection as the default internet connection...

W.T.K - Unlocking Nokias

Postby Jonathan_337 » August 5th, 2012, 6:16 pm

Anyone have any idea how to ? Tutorials on unlocking Blackberries, Androids and iPhones can be found anywhere but I'm having a lot of trouble finding a solid tutorial on a DIY thing for Nokia. I'm tryna unlock my dad's C3 which is locked to Digicel. Any help would be appreciated, it's bothering me that I can't figure it out lol

Go to howardforums and check the Symbian section.
You'll have to do a fair bit of digging tho as Symbian development is all but dead :|

Yup did that already. Sprayed it out with contact cleaner cuz soap got in dried up the contacts still no luck :(

I reallly want this phone working again

I wish I could open it but I don't have the required screw driver for it :(....it resembles a Phillip's screw but more "stary" kinda like an asterisk :|
