I have a saying by me …. If yuh vacation piling up yuh not working hard enough and probably vacationing on the wuk.

By you maybe. By us is a fight down to get what you earned. Apply for leave and there is always some type of restriction or you cannot be spared. If you have high court matters its an issue to be granted.

I took two years leave got back over 4 months due to attending court during the period.

Plus police salary is sheit. If you take leave you lose out on allowances that are cut. If you were in an overtime or commuted section you lose that money. By law you aren't allowed to have any other form of employment so can't legally work whilst on leave. That's why so many moonlight and get paid under the table. Some like me have too much pride or want to avoid the hassle or issues that may arise from that and don't do it.

But everything happens for a reason. My mom health took a downward turn. Before this I hardly had time for anyone. Was working 24/24 and spent my 'day off' in court or work. Moms passed away in 2016, I got married. Prop sorrow and scratched mih balls till 2017.

Yeah I'm good now. Changed priorities and started a family. Lost my first born in 2018. But these things only make you stronger and appreciative of the blessings you still have.

He is getting credible information. I won't comment on how cause I have no idea.

But from my experience it's almost impossible to arrest anyone on a large stash like these. I was awarded for the recovery of the most firearms in 2012.
When a stash like this is put down, it's not in any easily assessable area. Doing any kind of recon is almost impossible. You go by the info from your confidential informant, and even with that info you still have to search for it. Criminals aren't stupid, these stashes are placed in an area where lookouts can identify any threats or incursion. Once it's a large party of police officers they will abandon the area and stash.

You think you can Rambo your way into the area of a stash and remain hidden and make observations of who are involved or overseeing. Impossible task.

When I hear persons talk about no one arrested I just shake my head. If the police get information they have to check it out. By just checking it they compromise the location. Only feasible thing is to recover the items and take it off the hands of criminals.

Can't win the war but a victory in a battle or skirmish counts.

was taken upstairs then told i needed to go across the rd by besson st
the sentry there did not even allow me inside
he tell me wait outside whilst he get somebody
he wanted me to give him all my personal details first
i tell him i was sent there, he bring out singh who say he not involved with that and go back by my local station

later on, sandra became a member of our neighborhood chat group, he indicated he would take the info, after that he seem to block my number because zero responses after

seems they are selective who they take info from or maybe somebody tells them occasionally to accept info, otherwise accept no info unless instructed to
