Saw that accident happen right infront of me. The black car was heading towards gulf city in the outside lane. Wasn't speeding excessively. Was about 5 cars infront of me ( I was in the slower lane). Heard tyres screech, saw the black car cross the median and immediately crash into the silver car. Passed the accident and called police one time. Heard the sirens about 5 mins after. Really hope everyone is OK. Looked pretty bad when it happened.

IMO the black pickup is wrong. He was driving behind the B15. It's similar to someone slowing down on a junction and the person behind them trying to overtake without considering they may be slowing down to turn right! The defensive drive would be to stay behind and see where the car in front of you is going.
