Well i just simply use a US credit card and address.. If you dont have a US credit card account, then you can also borrow a friend or relative, active the PSN PLUS trial and then just remove the information from the account so that they arent billed..

only thing you wont be able to use is the media services such as the music app etc, unless you have an US IP address..
