i will expand
when the dog run in front the driver pulled to the left to avoid hitting the man chasing the dog for dinner .
the left back wheel of the trailer came out of the roadway and went into the mud . due to the effects of the rain ,the wheel sank into the mud or drain and as the truck driver turned the corner the left back wheel of the trailer held the truck back . displacing its COG and causing the trailer to flip over .
Due to the fact that some body rob the priest and god was upset about this and sent a tropical storm to mess up the island .

Its on the north bound, right before the turn off to the bird sanctuary. But it apparently happened since early this morning, when I passed it was on the shoulder and already burnt out.

Coming from south I saw what looked like someone took a short cut to the Forres Park dump by Claxton Bay , gone through the guard rails and down the ditch to the road way to the dump.

I ain't sure but from my CSI skills it appeared so.

1) wrecker on scene
2) ambulance on scene
3) police on scene
4) guard rails on southbound side torn down
5) from the northbound I could make out a dump truck parked on the dump road supposedly because a person put down a stunt drive and jumped their car 15 ft off the highway onto the path of the truck.

I ain't stopped to macko so I just assuming from what I noticed while heading up north
