UML propaganda levels not on point though. What is your preoccupation with saying the UNC's rally yesterday was held in PNM territory(which it was not btw). St Augustine is as UNC as Oropuche or Couva South. Its bounded by Caroni East and then the marginals of Tunapuna, St Joseph, Dabadie Omeara and Lopinot Bon Air. The only strong hold PNM in its vicinity is Maloney.
The home constituency for Constantine Park (St Augustine) would have more or less 1/2 filled it by themselves.
