Anyone has experience with l carnitine?

I put back on real fat, my lil v taper I had going.

Need some extra help other than just cardio and diet.

have been on and off with gym and diet, really taken up with new born, seeing some fat gains as i cant be as strict with my diet cause of time constraints. RIP gains :(

thanks fellas, i have a leg day today and I havent worked legs in 2 weeks so you can expect the pain that follows, im actually kindda afraid cause I does BEAST legs eh.

Congrats pallie!

I had that problem when my little one was born, I went into eat everything mode. I was always hungry.

Had to clamp down hard on my diet to keep the fatness at bay. She's barely a year now, and my exercise routine went from 5 days per week to about 2-3, but I make the time oui.

Do what you gotta do! even if it means daddy chores at 10PM while they both sleep.

yea vexx dog, i read that little to no sleep increases carb cravings especially highly insulinogenic carbs, been getting and average of 4 hrs sleep a day and I find myself raiding my fridge at weird hours so it seems to be true. Ive since clamped down on it and adjusted my macros to suit so doing well so far

Congrats man.

Once you get a handle on the learning curve of dealing with the new little one, time should start opening up to get back up to speed with diets and workout regimens. Might be a lil while though. :lol:

congrats bro....
for the past 3 weeks my 5mth old son has been ill, so no training for me
my wife stopped breastfeeding at 3mths when she re-started work, MAKE SURE and dont do that eh, cause we were told it could have been prevented or the severity way less if she was still breastfeeding.....

fullness still there but all cuts are gone now, less gym time and watery as firetruck as I cant control my carbs, daddy life is all about the baby gains lol I had clear separation in my delts in August, oh well hope to start back my routine when he hits 3 months and settles it a bit

How were ur joint pains / muscle aches like? What areas were it concentrated? What meds the doc prescribed?

Mine stil actin up after a couple wks. Shoulders, 1 point in my lower back and knees....but d shoulders were d worst. Still is.

WRT chik v, my gf was on panadine for a very short time, as well as the paw paw leaf concoction and garlic. I think the joint pains would eventually wear off but there's not clear cut way to get rid of them fully.

Are you on a specific routine? You sound like you lift heavy as hell.
