This has been happening now for over 20 years... its a cultural thing.... Trinidadians doom themselves when they litter, it clogs the waterways, they squat , they encroach onto rivers and waterways so that they can steal more land... its our own fault. not any particular political group.

While I agree on some of the points you listed, management of any organization - country or company has ultimate responsibility.

Given zoom's obsession/tabanca, I wouldn't be surprised if some "PNM" hornerman was responsible for cleaning one of ZR's once beloved female companions' waterways.
