there are often roadblocks on the Avenue, dunno what "West" allyuh talking about because the WMR also has roadblocks both in Cocorite and Carenage

These people pretend to know Trinidad because they live on the eastern side of the lighthouse, yet know nothing north of Monroe Rd.

No it doesn't only has around 60 members that are constantly on the move so we get info almost instantly or we get the info the day before things take place for example
