last night that nagar was messed up.....men park on side of highway, pointing fireworks on pedestrians including MYSELF AND MY 1 YEAR OLD CHILD and one exploded 3 feet away from me and my child and wife.....im sure someone else got injured but i saw nothing done, police standing there watching and did nothing, everyone was like wtf

You put your 1yr old at risk..by going to a public place that consists of careless handling of fireworks..dbu

my problem is, you hadda do as told by police when they want to get out of traffic fast and they directing how people walking but they not doing one asss about that.

After passing on the highway after 9 on Thursday night and I saw the kind of traffic and amt of ppl and cars trying to enter the divali nagar, I figured last night wud be a mess.

I passed thru yesterday about half 12, waited to get Mehindi done on my hands and left about half 2. I saw everything i needed to see in the nagar....not the commercial aspects but the religious and informative aspects.

Next yr they need to find some other way of accommodating ppl, even if they have different locations or something, but its ridiculous the amt of ppl that try to go there especially on the last night. And dont talk about the safety of ppl's vehicles...quite a number of vehicles were stolen and broken into as well.

Saw the fireworks on TV last night and heard next year is gonna be an even bigger celebration as the NCIC is to celebrate their. 50 th anniversary.
