VexXx Dogg wrote:stuff canneloni with spinach and mushrooms cooked with heavy cream. Mix in ricotta when the heat is off and then stuff into canneloni shells.

Brush with melted butter or olive oil, top with grated mozarella and bake in oven until top gets golden brown.

Sounds hard, but it's a really simple, hardest part is stuffing those tubes.

Gonna try this.

price of charcoal getting ridiculous and often you get a bag full of dust,
not to mention getting hands dirty etc.

new grill is straight wood burner rocket stove design,
unbelievable heat from this rather dubious looking thing.

Currently in Santiago, 500km from the volcano. Culinary wise, I'm seeing authentic Chilean, Argentinian, Peruvian and Italian restaurants (plus the American franchises which I'm ignoring) within walking distance. Not seeing street food yet, but usually that's where I like to hit to get a real taste of somewhere.

Chick wise, daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn.

Made polenta for the first time a few months ago, truly one of the easiest and yummy side dishes to whip up.
