Bostons turnovers, shot selection, poor 3 pts shooting, lack of consistent post play coupled with a stingy lakers defense led to that defeat.

Boston sank themselves IMO..

Kobe will score no matter what, lock down everybody else.

Kinda expected Boston to go down in the first game, but i also expect them to take game 2 with a much greater offensive effort. Only Pierce cracked 20+ in game one, Glen Davis and Kendrick Perkins need to step up as well IMO.

KG had a couple moments where he looked like his best with a fast break for a dunk off a Rondo assist and a nice baseline fade away jumper with a hand in his face. I don't think we'll see the dominance we once saw from him in a finals, but you're right in that he could at least show more passion.

Back to Boston 1-1, good tough playing by Celtics. Lakers were unfortunate with Bryant being in foul trouble in the second half. Look for a very aggressive Lakers in Boston Tuesday @ 9pm.
