VexXx Dogg wrote:On a cold Friday afternoon, I had come home from school. I had been thinking of the gym all day. I was hungry, didn't have any lunch. In fact, I didn't eat because I spent the money. For the past month I was saving up for something. Something special which I bought at GNC. I was surprised they didn't ask for ID; I was pretty sure the cashier noticed how nervous I was. Anyways, my mom asked my how my day was when I got home, but I ignored her. I have more important things to do. I run to the bathroom and unpack my bag. In my school bag is a white plastic bag from GNC. I open the bag, first removing the receipt and flushing it down the toilet to get rid of the evidence. My heart was racing now. I unpack the creatine monster from the bag.

I wonder what people will be asking me when they see that I will be 50lbs heavier. Should I say I was just eating a lot? I remove the label from the tub and tear it into a thousand small pieces. I flush that down the toilet, too. It is time now. I run up to my room when my mom ask me what I am holding. I panic, sweat drips down my forehead and my teeth chatter. "Mom, it's just for a school project". "What project?" "I don't know mom I just started it!". A tear runs down my cheek. I run upstairs and open the creatine, scooping upservings into a clear water bottle. What have I gotten myself into? I fill it with water and drink it. There is no turning back now. The creatine monster is inside me now, it will control me. What should I do if I die? I cant let my family know about this.

I open the creatine tub and throw it all out the window; a white cloud of mysterious dust sparkles into the wind so graciously. I feel the substance taking control of me; I am now the monster. I walk downstairs, its time to work out; time to get big. Now I worry, I don't want to get too big; people will think I use steroids. I do use steroids. No I don't. Creatine. All I see is the weights now, I am almost downstairs when I hear "Do you want a cookie I just baked". I know I do not have time for this **** now. "No mom I do not want a cookie" I walk in the basement and drop to my knees before the weights, tears running down my cheeks. I turn to the right and look at myself in the mirror. Oh god, what have I done? I didn't write this

Caught the bastard!

Someone was trying hard for over two years to put on some muscle, used pre and post workout supplements and trained like a beast, no muscle gained notice. I sent him to do blood work and the testosterone test results came back very low, but estrogen out of range. So were got the estrogen down and testosterone up, muscle starts to grow, but I caught the bastard eating kfc for so.....

A guy asked me at the gym to get him prepare for seniors bodybuilding show this year, he is huge, rip, hard, but those veins just don't show. I sent him to the drug store, he spent 10.00, three days before the shows and those veins got full, he love it.

At center of excellence gym, a guy told me he could never gained weight, for himself he used 4 types of supplements. We added some sweet potato, add a mass gainer, and stop cardio, he got for the first time 7 pounds.

Another individual, did some blood-work and discovered that his liver was under stress badly, he was a vegetarian and wanted to use those PED's. He later had to stop the gym and seek medical attention to get his values in range. He looked healthy and fit!

I guess all of us are healthy, until we do a blood-work/baseline test
I trained today in gofitness, yesterday at center of excellence, tmrw cac...

Its a wrestling shoe, im thinking the tight fit with super flexible and grippy sole will be great for training.

Got the otomix stingray shoes. Same build as that there B. Great comfort but feels unbalanced with deads and squats. Prefer a flat foot or power shoe for that matter. If they can somehow merge a power lifting sole/heel type onto that mma hightop sneaker, man it'd be win-win

It has super ankle support. Its a grappling shoe and if u knw how grapplers hav to switch directions on a fly and do crazy manouvers, ud realise why they wear the shoes. Ppl lift weights in them cus they look cool n offer some support. Your chuck taylors are ur better bet when squatting tho. Barefeett is better and a wedge heel is best.

hmmm, well i guess when they reach ill see, hopefully the asics is different. I personally like flat sole for lifting.

You're saying its not flat foot?

It is, but havin a wedge heel gives more leg drive and to me, just feels better. Maybe its just how flexible the otomix sole is...hopefully urs diff. Wud chek it out.

Wedge heels make the drive easier I've tried both flat and wedge. But I'm accustomed to doing squats and Deadlift barefooted.

These special k bars any good? Picked up a chocolate chip and oats one to eat before I leave for work on mornings. The wrapper don't have much written on it.
Saw one marked protein on it and picked it up. Tastes nice but it had no price...was sixty something yes. Realized that after I cash it lol, bought it just to taste.
