I prefer a physical keyboard so I bought the Q10. No regrets 8-)

Simply put, someone who uses their phone to its max potential and more versed in the more technical aspects of it.

Side note. Battery life is AMAZING without 4G. With 4G I get a solid 12 hours which is fair enough.

Means no OS is installed, if I remember correctly.

Just reload the OS - > http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101-le ... rry?page=9

I tried to Upgrade software on my Z10 over the air, but the screen froze after the reboot on the BB logo. It just says 100%, its been like that for over 2 hours.

Anyone had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Did you pull the battery and let it reboot again?

Did that and left it for another hour, but it was still stuck. I got thru with it though, I had to connect to my laptop and reload the software via BB Link. Didn't lose much info. Just a couple contacts as far as I can see.

Crackberry says that battery pulls aren't useful for OS10 too... Never had to do a battery pull with my Z10 before so I can't say if this is useful or not.

I had this problem with my 9790. Changing Sims helped once. I also reloaded the OS, a bunch of crap. Trial and error. Simplest thing though, download bbm beta off the betazone. Worked perfectly.

Well I honestly don't know if it's a placebo or what. But I think I boot up with more free ram and it works a bit smoother after a regular restart. I have to do this every 2 days or so cause it starts behaving sluggish.

placebo..........

but in the event something is wrong, the battery pull for 5+ minutes it's like inserting the battery for the first time

strange that you report loosing contacts...... because the contact list comes directly from your email account and is synced when you add the account, the list on your phone is somewhat like a remote listing

Apart from the size (harder to use one-handed) i love this device, it is really noticeably faster than the Z10/Q10
