Does anyone with the wifi modem able to view their security dvr remotely?
The app is set up correctly but connection keeps failing.

Tried searching, not sure if I missed it...

I do not have much problems with accessing my cameras from a remote location. My system is somewhat dated and will not come up on my laptop using Edge browser (windows 10) but will show properly if I use Internet Explorer. No problems on my Ipad.

With that said Flow keeps changing my IP address and open ports so i do have to make the corresponding changes in my devices (approx. 2 to 3 times per year) each time but other than those problems mentioned ( and i had to reboot the dvr after my last power failure) works fine

Works fine for me too (especially using keyword now that the EPG is only showing about 2 hours of upcoming programs).
I do not know if this is a trick or a feature but I have noticed that after using the fast forward then pressing play it always says "loading" and I have to watch the spinning circle for a few seconds before the playback starts. However, if i press the play button 3 times it resumes playback without the wait.

I asked Flow to open a port. They said to use port 80 .because only two ports are open 80 &443. My IP only changes if MAC is changed

im so shocked at how awesome flow has been lately!

especially with the free equipment upgrade ( modem & and TV box ) . fact that they are making HD a regular service now and their internet has been trouble free and shockingly good ping in games and streaming netflix @ 1080p, id say well done!

competition brings out the best in us.
no regrets cancelling digicel play and going back to flow. it was so easy. after i called the guy set me back up in 5mins. told me when i get home, simply plug back up modem and that is it.

So I was told. The guy told me that your modem HAS to change. As it is the part of the new system.

I think I know why my flow connection works so consistent. The building I live in. Or community so to say. Flow ran a direct line to the compound and then put on of their patch ins there. And my place happens to be like 5m from where it's bolted to the building. Keeping fingers crossed things remain as good

Got hooked up with the new wireless modem yesterday, any idea how to go about changing that password? The password that came with it is beyond long to remember.
