That's the only downside, he is 5 feet 5 inches.

19 yrs old

will post more pics of the progress.

Everyone can talk about this and that method or approach but here is someone who is doing it and seeing the results. Would be a nice guide to follow what worked for him.

No prohormones ever, thats garbage and does WAY more harm then any good if at all. Thats one of the worst things u can ever put in your body.

However, a very small amount of chemistry closer to the show for that grainy finish.

Less is more.

Another 1.6lb down from last week's measurement. The week before was a 1.8lb decrease in weight loss.

This is with ~2200 calories/day.


Wondering if my initial weight goal of 190 is low enough...I've only been tracking for 25 days and I'm 3.6lbs away.

Progress!
Broke a 4 month plateau - down to 168 and body composition is visibly changing.
I'll keep the reduced calorie diet and current workout regime until my BF drops to ~10% and I can flatten the remainder of this belly.

Yessir - combination of IF and a reduced calorie diet ~1500 daily, except for Saturdays - where I bump it up to about 2500-3000.

2 days slight cardio / weights - ~1 hr (Random weekday)
2 days more cardio / more weights - ~2 hr (Sat/Sun)

Nice link, would take it in over the weekend in full.

So far I've read up to the calculating maintenance. Was working out something similar this morning and I arrived at 3,175 cals for me to maintain my current bodyweight :lol: I find that's insane!

thats a real good weight drop in the two months, its healthy and the weight would like not come back after you ease up a bit, don't go for the fast diet/weigh loss, i see everyone that does that fail...cut out soft drinks(drink diet) and less snacks, look at the labels before you eat to control the calorie intake, see if u can eat about 1500-2000 daily, and have a day to eat a little junk(not too much) and your weight will come off nicely....

I did chest yesterday.
Lifted heavy until failure.

minimal pains this morning.

I always associate pain with progress, so i'm thinking i'm doing something wrong.

Advise guize.

Not really, pain and soreness come to me usually when I train a neglected muscle. After regular training the soreness and pain go away
