The highlighted area literally changed from orange to red while I was on it, plus SSTs are conducive..

First it was orange

Then it was like..nope. Red now.

Edit: The system further north near Cuba might cause some trouble too..pay attention to the SST near Cuba; closer to 30°C..

Don’t think there are any major water courses there

If you not cleaning the verges on the highway, removing all the silt and dirt that build up( simple as passing with a bobcat or backhoe which all the corporations have) ,where you expect the water to run off? When the highway in chaguanas opposite Bhagwansings flood the last time, then they bring out a backhoe and trucks to clean the edges. Drive anywhere across Trinidad and look at the sides of the roads. Unkempt, bush growing into trees etc. Vision 2020/2030.

Daz joke...they build walls for pavements in Grande...now is level water in deh mc on the EMR

A big part is when the do the so called remedial works on pavements, boxdrains etc
Them does let all the construction rubbish, gravel etc run down the drains which just make it worser further down
