I get a recording from flow on my phone saying I didn't make any payments in 90 days and in 5 days I'll be disconnected. Bear in mind, all bills were paid with CC on time.
Level cuss ensued then they said it was an "error".

Next time that happens I'm gonna let them cut it and go back to blink.

Only problems I had with blink was when my phone line was completely dead. Most times I got higher speeds than I paid for.

This is worst than blink by far. Flow is trying to rob people. And let's not start on their "late fee" which I got twice on my bill even though I paid the bill on time and had to get rebates after quarrelling with a dotish CSR.

Called them. Got thru pretty quickly. They said its an outage. No reason given.

Funny thing is that on the bill it lists the due date as the end of the month, which supposed to mean you have till the end of the month to pay the amount due. Yet when you pay before the end of the month you still get charged a late fee

Did they "resend the signal"?...

I swear that's all those CSRs know. Yu not getting cable, resend signal. Yu not getting internet, resend signal. Yu cable box on fire, resend signal.

They should fire all them CSRs and automate this "resending signal" crap.

nah... get me off the line fast fast. but i know what u mean. in the past they used to tell u d usual, unplug d modem, tek out d battery for 10 minutes and call back. i used to lie and say i do all that already.

Called Flow Tech Support.
After some troubleshooting, the guy explained to me that some people are experiencing problems in the country with the server not assigning IPs to them.
He said some people are "manually entering random IPs" in an attempt to get online and its causing a conflict when they try to use my connection while im online.Didn even know people could do that .. Thats why my connection is dropping and coming back. Over 10 people called before me with the same problem..


I was told it should be fixed by tomorrow morning.
