sardine/tuna is not office food, i open up one in my office and that scent lingered for the whole day.

this morning i add 1 spoon cinnamon+ 2 spoon cocoa powder+ 1/2 tsp of nescafe gold to my vanilla whey.
Taste bess.

Vanilla. its sweet, so the other flavors go nicely with it.

You can probably try this ; Mix the tuna with few drops of lime juice, salt and black pepper ,chopped garlic. Put the mixture in a lettuce leaf then roll the leaf and enjoy the goodness...

Forgot the garlic but I put onion with chipped up lettuce, greens, olives, some black pepper, few drops of lime in the tuna and a tinge of 5 spice seasoning.

Damn it tastes good!

Edit: added a half spoon of mayo too

My ultimate sufferer lunch is as follows:

2/3 to 1 cup raw rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp flax
1 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp powder milk
couple tbsp raisins/currants

If I don't have a proper meal prepared, I'll throw the dry ingredients together right before leaving home and add the hot water when I'm ready to eat.

Washed down with a 2 scoop of whey in icy cold water.

Decent macros too:

55-65 g protein

50-65 g total carb* incl ~15g sugar from raisins

10-12 g fat

~700 kcal and it's damn filling.

Why take protein?

What at the benefits and drawbacks?

I'm kinda iffy about it.

Seeing a lot of the guys in here using it and somewhere in here it was said its near impossible to get that "body" without using some sort of supplements.

Anyone not on it? And what are your gains like?

Not rushing anything.

Hoss. U magga and as u said, u dus eat n stil remain d same...my advice, get a tab that would engage ur appetite, get solid whole foods n meats and a MASS GAINER, not a lean whey shake. Cheaper and has everything ur body would need to get size albeit the liddle fat. Look at Serious Mass, best bang for buck or Pro Complex Gainer, i use that inbtween. Thank me later ;-) when u get dem gainz nerve...

Do not use serious mass. Use either dymatize Elite gainer, or iso gainer.
I've been told by trainers and body builders that the serious mass gives you buttons and some skin rashes due to its contents and fillers.

That's just my advice tho.....

Well I have gained some size but I haven't weighed myself in about three weeks to see if there has been any changes in weight. I know some clothes don't fit so well anymore.

Will look into it.

My trainer was talking about mutant or some kinda stuff like that (can't remember). Haven't really looks into it as things were kinda rough over the last few weeks and I didn't get much rest.

good night sweet gains.

let me just put it into perspective for you. If i ball up a sheet of paper and put the ball of paper into my left hand and squeeze it into a fist I would get a piercing pain on my outter elbow which the tendon is attached to. So any exercise that requires even moderate grip (basically all exercises or most anything in life) is painful and would delay recovery. So every day might be leg day
