This morning I drove to work in quite possibly one of the worst thundershowers I've ever experienced, Visibility was down to like 10 feet. Wipers struggling to keep up, defroster on full hot.

Based on the river level behind my house, if this rain keeps up, Chase Village and environs will flood by lunchtime.

high tide is 10:35am
the full runoff of water on the ground aint start yet
so it may be possible for some flooding
hopefully the rain will finish out by lunchtime so can runoff this afternoon and before next high tide tonight

Todd's Road flooded, it usually takes about 3.5 hours to get here.I recorded the times over the last 4 years. The water will go down with tonight's low tide.
