Console specs are set and easier to dev for.
PC game developers need to program pc games to match varying specs, varying resolutions, varying windows versions, multimedia and sometimes 3 different versions of dx, and many other deviations I don't know about because I'm not on a dev team.

The PS4 is now using the x86 CPU architecture used in PCs devs are now going to be able to easily develop games for both Consoles and PCs now. Hopefully less garbage console ports.

Looks like and is Garbage on PCs but once you step over to a Crapbox or Failstation it's a totally new experience...
