The death toll is high in this accident because the isuzu took the impact on the hood. Its always high when this happens. Same result as past accidents:

2004 hilux sr5 t boned on hood side a light pole just after gasparillo. Everyone dead.

2008 red subaru impreza wrx hatch crosses highway and wingle runs into hood. All dead

2015 white octavia crosses highway and h100 crashes into hood. All dead.

Once that hood is first point of impact these aint any chance of survival

Initial reports stated that the Mitsubishi Lancer broke the red light.

RIP fellow motorists.
What an impact.

Truck wasn't at fault in this instance. TV6 news said the Lancer broke the red heading East, and hit the Isuzu with so much force the pick-up went airborne.

Let me clarify my post... The news report said Navara although I can clearly see it is an Isuzu Dmax pickup... Hence my statement about Nav drivers getting a bad rep... It is bad to the point where it is one of the first vehicles that are thought about when you hear accident involving pickup....I do not know who is right/wrong in this incident

Yunno just yesterday around 5.40pm I saw an Amalgamated armoured truck fly down the shoulder from SAGHS, cut back in at UWI lights, then took shoulder from Az Zahara plant centre to the filter lane by Moonan then cut back in, then shoulder from Gopaul to Pasea lights. I stopped seeing him after that as I turned up Streatham Lodge road but I can only guess based on past driving that he also used shoulder from Pasea lights to Macoya lights.

I was wondering if they have a number to call for this kind of driving?? (Although based on past interactions with the owner I could assume he wouldn't care)

The sequence of those lights (if only on a timer and not using sensors) is E-W and W-E green, then N-S green, then S-N green then E-N and W-S green. Most people break a light that has recently turned red rather than sitting at a red and driving through it. So I'd say the odds are that the car travelling from W-E broke the light and collided with the pickup going from N-S.

Yea in a backroad trying to get out the area. He was reallllll drunk . I pull him out his van and take his key and drive his van to the barataria police station. He claim his brakes fail lol. The full video show where he come n park up by the bar for 20 mins and then almost bounce down a man on a bicycle before he duck off the main road

It does happen. But make sure it safe nah (not directed at you PS).
I tend to not even go through amber (I check my rear first of course, because men gunning behind you willing you through! Stop and you get clean up).

People at intersections go through amber, while the cross traffic go before the green. Recipe for problems.

Be careful out there people.
